A practical starting point for your machining work.
Lathe machining forms part of AMC's metal fabrication and repair services. Bring the conversation back to the part: its overall size, material, the surfaces that must fit and the condition of any existing component.
For repairs, describe the wear or damage and include photographs of the part and its mating components where possible. We will assess the scope before confirming a repair or replacement approach.

For a new component, send the drawing, material, quantity and required date. For repair work, include the overall length and diameter, photos of the damage and the dimensions that matter to the fit. If measurements are uncertain, tell us rather than estimating a critical dimension.
Useful answers before you enquire.
Do you have both small and large lathes?
Yes. AMC's workshop includes small and large manual lathes. Send your component's dimensions so we can confirm whether the job fits our equipment.
Can you repair conveyor rollers?
Conveyor roller repairs are among our services. Send the roller dimensions, quantity and photos showing the wear or damage for an initial assessment.
Can you work on heavy equipment pins?
We accept heavy equipment pin repair enquiries. Share the equipment application, pin dimensions, mating fit and damage so the appropriate scope can be assessed.
Do I need to visit the workshop first?
You can start by sending photos and details through Viber or email. We will let you know if a visit or physical sample is needed before the quotation can be confirmed.
